We are extremely pleased with the decision we made to contract our social media to Motor Socials. As an independent car & heavy commercial garage we are different to most garages out there and the type of work and customers vary so much. Motor Socials took on our social media and dedicated Sophie our account manager to us. She has been amazing. She’s very easy to work with, enthusiastic and passionate about what she does and what we do. It often feels like she is one of our staff. We’ve had comments from other people and businesses regarding our social media, how good It looks and how great the content is. Sophie and the team really understand social media for the motor industry and always keep the communication going with us, including sending reports, phone calls and emails. So far we couldn’t be more delighted with what Motor Socials do for us.
If you’re not using Motor Socials then you need to! Our social media channels look great, our following has increased and we are putting out some great content which just wouldn’t have happened without their ideas. We’ve seen an increase in web traffic and during December there was an increase of 12% in finance penetration. We’re really happy with the return of investment we are getting thanks to Motor Socials.
Motor Socials have met and exceeded our expectations with their levels of service, knowledge and professionalism. Best money we've spent in a long time! We hardly have to do anything now... only chat to Mel now and then, to approve stuff and send her the new content and they sort the rest out for us. Our response time has dropped from 1 hour and 15 minutes to 12 minutes! Dad used to take ages to respond haha. We've definitely been selling way more since we let motor socials run our accounts, I mean we had 5 people come and see us to sell us their car, last month! The report they provided us said we sold 3 cars from it in October, but I think that only accounts for the ones that came directly from the enquiries they handled for us, as we had loads more people enquiring everywhere else as well. Everyone has been asking us about our social media and they wouldn't believe us when I told them it was me! Lauren and Motor Socials have had a fantastic impact so far. Areas that we were previously reticent of exploring are now getting us great traction. They have been excellent at pushing us for fresh content, where we have, in the past, let something lose its effectiveness and consequently waste money. You get what you pay for, and we feel it’s proving to be extremely good value.
So pleased with the decision we took to get Motor Socials to look after our Social Media. We just simply don’t have the time to do it properly but understand how important it is. As an independent dealer, our biggest challenge is time! We had a go at Social Media but just seemed to fit it around other things and didn’t have the time, or skills, to give it 100%.
